Pricing, up front
What things actually cost in DFW
These are starting points from our own installed jobs, not national averages. Every job is measured and priced in writing before you commit. Why the "$3,500 installed" numbers you see online aren't real.
| Project | Starting at, installed | What moves the price |
|---|---|---|
| Walk-in tub | $12,000 | Jets, heated backrest, fast drain, water heater, door widening, wall surround |
| Composite one-piece shower | $8,000 | Size, low-barrier base, seat, glass |
| Tile shower (Schluter system) | $8,000–$9,000small 3×4; most land $12,000–$15,000 | Tile choice, niches, bench, pattern, glass |
| Quartz slab walls | $12,000–$15,000 | Slab color, wall count, glass |
| Panoramic large-format porcelain | $15,000–$19,000 | Panel look, layout; a full master bath can run $45,000+ |

See shower options →Why it won't leak
The shower you only pay for once.
Most early shower failures start at a site-built concrete pan or behind the wrong wallboard. We don't build either way.
- Schluter pre-sloped pan and waterproofing on every tile shower, backed by Schluter's lifetime system warranty
- Delta fixtures from the plumbing supply house, so parts and cartridges are stocked locally for the life of the shower
- No greenboard behind tile. Ever. It's water-resistant, not waterproof
- Plumbing pressure-tested before the walls close, and a written workmanship warranty from a company you can still reach in five years

Safety that doesn't look like a hospital
Stay in the home you love, on your terms.
One in four adults over 65 falls each year, and the tub or shower is where most bathroom injuries happen. The fix isn't a grab bar bolted to drywall. It's a bathroom designed so you never have to climb over a tub wall again.

Low step-in
A ¾-inch beveled curb instead of a 15-inch tub wall.

A real seat
Built-in bench or fold-down seat, blocked into the framing.

Grab bars that hold
Anchored to blocking we install, not to hollow drywall.
Who we are
We're CertiPro. We're the installers, not a lead-selling website.
CertiPro Home Improvement started as a bathroom remodeling company in White Settlement, Texas. We still run our own crews, buy direct from our suppliers, and use licensed plumbers and electricians on every job. This site exists because the walk-in tub industry has a pricing problem, and we'd rather you know the real numbers before anyone sits in your living room.
